I took my Ram Promaster here for regular oil changes and inspections because I wanted to stay ahead of any problems. After a few months, my van broke down. I was told it was the radiator, then the thermostat, and later other issues, and I kept paying for the recommended repairs. Even after bringing it to the dealer and questioning the diagnosis, I continued to have problems and spent around $8,000. Eventually, my van broke down again near another mechanic in Sandy. Since that shop repaired it, I have not had any recurring issues. Looking back, I regret trusting the diagnoses I received here and I would not return.👎🏼

Went in just to get propane filled. I know that isn’t really their main business but they were close. Technician was out quickly to take care of me without me walking into the office. One of my tanks has a funky bleed screw which he was able to take of with no issues. Once he was finished had a tablet and card reader right there so I didn’t even need to go into the office to pay. Super pumped on the service and I would like to think the auto service would be just as good.

Awesome and honest! Quick and thorough, great Place to bring your car. Full service they do everything including renewing license plate better than Burt Brothers.

Truck overheated. I took it in unfortunately near their closing time since it was one of the closer places. He took a quick glance at the coolant reservoir cap and was able to identify a source of pressure leak. He checked the stock of a store where I could get a new cap and that was it. They waited to close the gate for me. They could have easily kept the truck overnight and inconvenienced me but chose to check and do some work close to closing time. I appreciate your help. Will recommend to my friends for being honest and direct! Thank you!

We have used Alta View Car Care four times now and each time has been a very good experience. Their prices for tires were cheaper than Les Schwab and Costco. They’ve also helped us twice (for free) figure out a problem and tell us what to do before it can be fixed. We appreciate their honesty. They are very quick and looking at your vehicle and getting it back to you.
